By providing you with our website, below are the rules for collecting, processing and using information obtained through our website alda.company. Browsing the ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. website you accept the rules contained in the Privacy Policy located on the site.
Any person using the website (or part of it) of ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. in any way applies the current Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or disclose the personal and address data of website users to third parties.

The policy is general and presents the most important issues related to the processing of personal data. This policy is further detailed by individual regulations or information clauses that the User will receive when collecting personal data from him on the occasion of individual services: e.g. newsletter subscription, contact forms.

Personal data

All data stored in ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. database will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any other entities. These data will be stored and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons, in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act".

The administrator of your personal data is ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Melioracyjna 6 Street, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie represented by the President of the Board.

RODO grants the following potential rights related to the processing of personal data:
1. The right of access to personal data,
2. The right to rectify personal data,
3. The right to erasure of personal data,
4. The right to restrict processing of personal data,
5. The right to object to the processing of personal data,
6. The right to data portability,
7. The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority,
8. The right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.


The rules related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 - 21 of the RODO.

The Customer has the right to access the content of his data and to correct them. The customer has the right to report cessation of data processing for marketing purposes. ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. does not sell or transfer Customers' personal data to other entities, unless the obligation to provide such data results from legal regulations, or it is necessary for asserting claims by ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. in case of violation of its rights or goods by the Customer.

Personal data may be collected by ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. also, if it is necessary for the realization of other, specified purpose, in accordance with the law (handling complaints, settling disputes).

PURPOSES AND ACTIVITIES OF PROCESSING

Orders. When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to process the order, such as your name, billing address, e-mail address. If you are making an order within the framework of your business activity, you must provide the name of the company, the address of its registered office and its NIP number. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

Data provided in connection with an order are processed for the purpose of processing the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO), including the invoice in our accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO) and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to process the order and thereafter until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. In addition, we may still process the data for statistical purposes after this period has expired. We are obliged to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the tax obligation arose.

In the case of order data, you do not have the opportunity to correct this data after the order has been processed. You also cannot object to the processing of your data or demand that your data be deleted until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Likewise, you cannot object to the processing of data and request the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the expiration of the contractual limitation period, you may object to the processing of your data by us for statistical purposes, as well as request that your data be deleted from our database.

In relation to your order data, you also have the right to data portability referred to in Article 20 of the RODO.
Email contact. When contacting us by e-mail, including sending a request via the contact form, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the body of the message.

Your data is processed in this case for the purpose of contact, and the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for post-contact processing is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) RODO).

Storage period

The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. Where possible, we try to provide a specific period of data storage.

In the case of data processing processes based on consent, the data will be stored for the period of its validity, no longer than 5 years (unless a shorter period has been set) or until it is withdrawn.

In any case, however, the retention period may change, i.e. personal data may be stored longer if such an obligation arises from the law or it is necessary to establish, defend or assert claims (e.g. until the limitation period for claims we may store evidence provided by the User consent), or less, e.g. in the event of a request to delete data.

The period of storage of personal data is determined in accordance with applicable law. The user has the right to obtain from us information about the planned and probable storage time of personal data.

Security of personal data

ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. takes technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unauthorized access or use, as well as against accidental destruction, loss or violation of integrity.

Our security procedures include, in particular: access security, backup system, monitoring, review and maintenance, security incident management, risk analysis.

As part of ensuring the security of processed personal data, we undertake to take into account:

confidentiality - we will protect your data from accidental disclosure to third parties,
integrity - we will protect data against unauthorized modification,
availability - we will provide authorized persons access to your data if necessary.
Every employee or co-worker of ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. who has access to personal data has appropriate authorization and is obliged to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate means for protection and security of personal data required by law.

Data processing outside the EOG

If, as part of the processing, your personal data will be transferred to recipients in third countries (outside the EEA), e.g. in the United States of Russia, Japan, China and India, such transfers may take place on the basis of an adequacy decision taken by the European Commission, i.e. for organizations participating in the Privacy Shield program, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with the decision of the European Commission or on the basis of your explicit consent.

Due to the use of Google, Facebook and LinkedIn, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (US) in connection with their storage on US servers. Fear not, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn have joined the Privacy Shield program (see e.g.: www.privacyshield.gov) and thus guarantee the appropriate level of data protection required by European regulations.

Marketing goals

Customers who want to receive marketing and commercial information of ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. after completing the contact form (entering your name, surname or company name, as well as telephone number and e-mail address), please indicate your consent to the processing of their data for the selected purpose. The company ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. will therefore process this data for the purposes of marketing its own services and / or products and commercial offers consisting, in particular, of sending unannounced sms or e-mails to persons whose contact details have been provided voluntarily to ALDA Poland Sp. z o.o. when filling out the contact form at alda.company in accordance with the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002. ALDA Poland sp. z o.o. uses:
